G-print is used as paper for the vast majority of theses. This paper is slightly glossy, but not as glossy as heavily coated paper. The advantage of this is that it makes the color stand out well, but certainly also gives an excellent print result for text.
However, there are also alternatives such as 90 grs. Biotop (uncoated, cream-coloured paper), 90 grs. HVO (white raw paper), or recycled paper.
Costs don’t vary that much so personal preference is by far the most important here.
